tension in your joints and muscles by gently freeing up natural movement.

emotional and psychological aspects of movement and body awareness.
These practices are often used to enhance movement efficiency, improve
posture and flexibility and reduce stress. It helps to promote overall well-being
by fostering a deeper connection between your body and mind.
